Booking and Payment
How do I book a party?
It’s simple! A booking deposit of RM1000 is required to secure your special date and time.
I’m not sure about the final headcount yet. Can I still book?
No worries! You can lock in your date with the RM1000 deposit first, and finalise your package and headcount two weeks before your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
All payments are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. However, we completely understand that unexpected things can happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate emergencies within a reasonable timeframe.
Party Packages
What’s included in the standard party package?
Our standard party package comes packed with fun! You’ll enjoy two hours of private party space usage, entry wristbands for both children and adults, a buffet-style food and beverage spread, a standard backdrop with a cake table, a welcome board to greet your guests, and a special goodie bag just for the birthday child.
Can I customise the party package?
Absolutely! Make your celebration even more special with our add-on services, including themed decorations, entertainers and activities, party favours, photographer services, cotton candy or popcorn carts, and more!
What if I have more guests than expected?
No problem! Extra guests are most welcome — there will be additional charges based on our party pricing, which we will share with you in detail.

What’s on the menu?
We offer a variety of delicious, child-friendly options such as pasta, fried rice, chicken nuggets, sandwiches, and even local delights like nasi lemak and rendang chicken!

Can I bring my own food or hire an outside caterer?
We have everything covered with our Parenthood party packages! Outside food and drinks are not permitted — except for your birthday cake, of course!
Do you offer vegetarian options?
Yes, we do! Vegetarian selections are available, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any special dietary requirements — simply let us know in advance.
Playground Access
Is the playground open to the public during my party?
Yes, the playground remains open to the public. However, your party space will be cordoned off exclusively for you and your guests to enjoy a more private celebration!
Can we arrive earlier to play before the party starts?
Absolutely! You and your guests are welcome to enjoy unlimited playtime from 10am to 9.30pm on your party day.
Can parents join in the fun too?
Yes! Whilst our playground is specially designed for toddlers until 12 years old, parents are most welcome to enter and join in the fun with their little ones.
